This is set to be a monumental evening, with rare casks making an appearance for what promises to be an unforgettable event.

Our team has carefully crafted a menu that perfectly pairs with Sullivans Cove’s award-winning whiskies. Each course will enhance the distinct flavors of the whiskies on offer, giving you a complete sensory journey.

In addition to a beautifully curated meal, you’ll be treated to an exclusive tasting of some of the rarest casks Sullivans Cove has ever produced. And for those joining us, expect extraordinary surprise bottles throughout the evening.

And to make the night even more special, we’ll end with a relaxing nightcap on our rooftop. Enjoy the best view in Melbourne and a selection of the finest Cuban cigars. It’s the perfect way to unwind and savour the evening.
