Who is or what is Murray McDavid?

In 1969 an extremely rare bottle of Macallan aged for 36 years and only 900 bottles ever made was bottled at the Macallan distillery for Murray McDavid’s Mission series.

This legendary name are pioneers of whisky maturation, crafting inspirational scotch whisky using the finest oak casks. 

If you’re a fanatic of Macallan or whisky in general, this whisky tasting is not to be missed. An exquisite selection from this outstanding distillery will be showcased at our famous Candela Nuevo whisky tastings, paired with delicious food prepared by our head chef Johnathan Almacen.
