It’s hard to believe we’re already in November, bringing us to the thrilling final stretch of our Candela Nuevo whisky-tasting dinners. As we approach the end of the year, we’re pulling out all the stops with an extraordinary showcase featuring none other than Macallan.

To celebrate 200 years of history, The Macallan is releasing TIME : SPACE Mastery inspired by and paying tribute to past whisky masters. 

A one-of-a-kind The Macallan release celebrating the craft of the whisky makers who carefully selected 14 exceptional cask types to create TIME : SPACE Mastery. The whisky masters explored the diversity of The Macallan’s inventory and selected each cask at its peak of maturation, representing both European and American oak, celebrating cooperages, bodegas and sherry seasoning to create an exceptional whisky for the future.

Bottled at 43.6% ABV in a bespoke, unique circular decanter housed in an extraordinary presentation box carry 200 spikes devised from traditional origami techniques. Nature protects what is most precious with spikes surrounding what is beautiful and fragile.

In keeping with Candela Nuevo's tradition, we present an exclusive whisky tasting accompanied by a meticulously curated three-course menu.
